The new scheme for Vibrant India named the PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme or YASASVI was made by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE) from the Government of India. The nominees who belong to the Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes, Economically Backward Classes (EBC), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) received the scholarships under the program. Those applicants are eligible for this award whose parents’ income is less than Rs 2.5 lakhs annually.

PM Yasasvi Scheme: Eligibility Criteria
The given below is the list of the applicants who are eligible for this scheme.
- The applicants enrolled in the professional programs at a school with a valid All India Survey on Higher Education (AISHE) or Unique District Information System for Education (UDISE) card.
- The applicants from the DNT, EBC, or OBC groups are eligible.
- The applicants whose parents or guardians make less than Rs 2.5 lakhs a year.
- The nominees must be enrolled into the govt schools for the Class 9 and 11.
- One must study under the govt schools.
PM Yasasvi Scheme: Benefits
- The pre-matrics students will receive a remuneration of Rs.40,000 monthly.
- Then nominees after the Matrics will get the amount of Rs 5,000 and Rs 20,000 every year till the studies are not end.
- The individuals studying under grades 9 and 10 who are highly gifted are granted access to a top-tier educational opportunity through an annual scholarship ceiling of Rs 75,000.
- The individuals from the grades 11 and 12 will get the grant of Rs.1,25,000 manually.

Procedure to Apply for PM Yasasvi Yojana?
The individuals to apply for the PM Yasasvi Yojana have to follow all the steps given below.
- Finally, select the “New Registration Option” at the National Scholarship Portal.
- Fill in all the instructions related to the D.OB. and personal education.
- Then select the residency option there.
- Select the scholarship category from the list given.
- Next, enter the name as written under the 10th Certificate.
- Fill in the SMS’s mobile number and your email address.
- Then fill in the bank details carefully.
- Cross-check the entire information and tap on the submit option to complete the registration.
- If already registered fill in the login id and fill all the instructions into the form.
- Attached the copies of the necessary certificates cross check the file information on the form and submit it.
